What does my dumpster rental quote include?

 Prices quoted are estimates for each empty roll off dumpster delivered. The price includes  dumpster delivery, taxes, pickup and disposal.

 

How long is the dumpster rental for?

 The maximum dumpster rental time is for 10 days.

What happens if I exceed the ton weight limit on my dumpster rental?

 There is a 65 per ton charge. For a pricing quote, please contact us.

What fees can I expect or should I be aware of with my dumpster rental?

 Prices are based on location and weight of material going into the dumpster. An additional fee to  the price is $65 per ton after the ton limit. Scale tickets available upon request only in cases of  overweight charges.

Is there a weight limit on my dumpster rental?

 The 15 yard dumpster weight limit is 2 tons.

How high can I fill the roll off dumpster?

 The maximum fill level is even with the top of the dumpster.

​

How and when do I pay for my dumpster rental?

 Payment is accepted over the phone or in person upon delivery.

What methods of payment are accepted?

 MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, and Cash.

Do I have to be present when my roll off dumpster is delivered?

 Being present during delivery is strongly recommended, but not required. Please let us know if you  are unavailable, so transactions can be made over the phone. For your satisfaction, we suggest  marking or flagging where and how far in or out the roll off dumpster is needed.

Where can my roll off dumpster be set?

 The front drive or front yard is preferred. Please Note - Our drivers are extremely cautious, we are  not responsible for damages to grass, sprinkler heads or driveways.

I have placed my dumpster rental order. Will someone automatically pick up the roll off container?

 A phone call or text is required for pickup and if we are not contacted, we will pick it up on your  10th day of rental.

​

What kind of material will exceed the 6 ton limit?

 Dirt, rock, sand, brick, concrete, tile, excessive roofing, cement block, or loading with a machine  may put the weight of the dumpster over 6 tons.
